I rate my physical well-being in seven because I have an
ideal weight and I am healthy according with the doctor, but I am not
exercising right now and I usually have stress during the day. My spiritual well-being rate is six because I
feel disconnected of spirituality right now.
I am not taking time to meditate, pray, or do any activity to develop my
spiritual life. My psychological
well-being is seven as well because I am having up and down in my emotional
life lately.
My goal is to achieve at least a nine or ten in each area. Physically, I want to start exercising and
having a peaceful life. In my spiritual area,
I want to start doing meditation and prayer.
Finally, in my psychological area, I want to stabilize my emotional life
and have time to read, relax, and learn more.
As I mentioned, meditation is one of the activities I want
to implement in my life. Yoga is another activity I would like to be able to do
at least three times per week. Take time
to relax and be with myself is something I enjoy, and I want to implement as
well.
The experience I had with the relaxation exercise was
awesome. I was able to relax my body
completely, feel joy, and inner peace. In
a part of the exercise some tears came to my eyes, probably for a sensitive
situation I was having in my personal life. However, the exercise was perfect
for the moment. After I finished, I was feeling more peace and relaxation than
ever.

ReplyDeleteYou seem to be on the right track. Part of healing and "fixing" a problem is knowing it exists. I think you will complete your goals and improve the way you see your levels. Good post, keep up the great work, Sa Mut Angela (mama yoga)
